Hello everyone! I wanted to introduce myself and let you get to know the person behind this page.
My name is Jordan Kendrix.
I’m a wife, a mama, and a fitness instructor.

I found my love for exercise shortly after my first daughter was born. I had horrible postpartum depression and one of the things the Lord used in my life was fitness. I found a lovely group of ladies that worked out and laughed and did life together. I was hooked after my first class. One year after that I started teaching. Five years later and I’m now certified in multiple class styles and a NASM certified personal trainer.

I believe we are beautifully and wonderfully created by God and there is so much joy to be found in moving your body the way it was designed to move. I would love to get to know you as we laugh, sweat, and do lots and lots of squats together.
