🔨 Milam Development LLC is Looking for a Licensed & Insured Handyman/Carpenter (Subcontractor) 🔨

We have a project in Cabot for one of our chain clients and need a reliable subcontractor to complete the following:

Scope of Work:
• Move/adjust shelving & mirrors
• Replace door hinge, bulbs, and fix lights
• Hang whiteboards, cork boards & fire alarm cover (provided)
• Change HVAC filters throughout clinic (filters provided)
• Install strip of LED lights

Separate Bid Needed:
• Build 6 ft. dividing walls in 3 jack-and-jill bathrooms
• Hang paper towel holders once walls are built
