RHYTHM FITNESS STUDIO
Important, scheduling announcements! Starting next Monday, August 18 all 8:35 AM classes will start at 8:30 AM. We have a lot to get through for our Pilates and strength classes. A few extra minutes will help. And I want to keep it consistent for all of the classes for start times. 
Rhythm Fitness friends – just a friendly reminder we are in a new month. Time for new punch cards/unlimited passes 🙂  and if you haven’t taken a look at our updated schedule, it is posted on the website. We have an increased focus on resistance training to help build our bone density, increase our overall metabolism and overall increase in strength!  and just a sidenote - for our cardio barre class, we have participants reporting that they are burning more calories in that 55 minute class than if they ran 3 miles.  and it’s all low impact using light to medium weights throughout the class.
