💧 Water for your cats 💧

Summer ☀️ is difficult 🥵 for cats when they don’t have fresh, clean drinking water. It’s even more important than food, although of course they need both. Please make sure to wash 🧽 your dishes with soap and water and provide clean and fresh drinking water DAILY!

It’s that time of the year when expenses are burying us…

We had both Sybil and Boss Man in last week. Sybil needed a leg amputation ($705).
Boss Man needed the rest of his teeth extracted ($613).
The medical bills add up quickly when we take on cats that require extra veterinary care.
Many of these cats haven’t been able to find help elsewhere.
Rescue work is hard in every way.
Wondering where the money will come from is an additional layer of daily worry.

We also have an outstanding balance at our primary vet of $8,100. This is after a recent payment of $5000. We are incredibly grateful they allow us to run a tab and they also give us a generous discount for being a rescue.

If you can help, we need it. If you can’t contribute, please share because maybe someone else can. As we always say, $5-20 donations add up when it’s a lot of people working together. We appreciate our dedicated and loyal supporters; you make it possible.

❤️UPDATE!!🐾Hissy( now called Seton) is doing well! He is very shy but is slowly coming around and adjusting to his new home . He is starting to sit on my lap and enjoys being petted. He is getting along well with his new brother cat as well.
