🪥 Tooth Tip Tuesday!

You can use kids flossers but go slowly back and forth so that it doesn’t pop through the area where the teeth contact. If they have very tight teeth you can use Glide floss or another thin floss. Using adult floss you can also wrap floss around your fingers and gently guide it between teeth using a C-shaped motion. Avoid forcing the floss, as this can cause flossing to feel uncomfortable for kids. 🦷

🪥 Tooth Tip Tuesday!

For children who are not able to spit yet, a small smear of toothpaste (or the size of a grain of rice) is a safe yet effective quantity. Once children are able to spit and around age 5 or older, a pea-sized amount works well. 🦷
