LOADED POTATO CASSEROLE 🔥

• 6 russet potatoes, thinly sliced
• Salt & pepper
• 1 cup cheddar
• 1 cup Monterey Jack
• 8 slices bacon, crumbled
• 2 cups milk
• 2 large eggs

👩‍🍳 Butter a 9×13 dish. Layer half the potatoes, season, add cheese & bacon. Repeat with the rest.
Whisk milk & eggs, pour over top. Cover & bake 90 mins @ 375°F till bubbly. Rest 15 mins before serving.
