If you have a nexus in Louisiana and us Avalara for sales tax compliance I recommend you check your Avalara settings and make sure you are collecting and distributing funds not only to the state but also to parish and jurisdictions. This is been required since 2022 but as far as we can tell, Avalara made no effort to inform us of this change.
