Our raw (pre-fried) Brussels, because why not! We buy them per the 25lb case and shave them in-house (or trailer, lol) before each event to have the freshest product possible.

Our most popular, this year, has been our Blackberry Balsamic Brussels with fresh blackberries, goat cheese, and a balsamic reduction drizzle.

We also sell our Drunken Brussels, fried Brussels sprouts: smothered in our scratch-made Yuengling beer cheese. We make our beer cheese simple & deliciously with taste and consistency in mind.

We’re currently featuring our Hot-Honey Brussels: fried Brussels drizzled in our scratch-made hot honey, just simply red pepper flakes steeped in simmering honey then strained & cooled.
