There's some golden lessons you learn when you've been doing this for as long as I have, a lot of which none of my college courses even touched on!

I believe in the value of education, but I also love to see young entrepreneurs who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty when chasing their dreams. Failure and the experience that comes with it is a GIFT, and one that every successful person has been on the receiving end of multiple times.

Trust me, I have had some great successes but also catastrophic failures. The only time those experiences were a bad thing is when I refused to learn from it. As I always say, don’t let your failures define you. Dust yourself off, pivot if you have to, and get back in the ring!
