Pope Leo XIV received a standing ovation from the crowd of 16,000 young faithful when he appeared on a video call at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Friday morning during the NCYC 2025. The pope talked to a select group of Catholic youth from the crowd and gave everyone in the stadium a blessing. This was the first occasion in history that a pope directly addressed American youth through a full-scale digital dialogue from abroad. #25NCYC
