We are looking for a reliable and experienced line cook for a busy pizza shop.

Full time preferred, part time shifts available.

Employee will be responsible for their station (pizza, cold/hot subs, fried food, or some combination) and the required prep and cleaning.

Previous experience is preferred, but training will be provided as needed. (don't hesitate to ask!)

You will be expected to learn the following during the training process:
•Understand and perform all duties assigned to you.
• Understand and operate all equipment needed for cooking and preparing food.
• Preparation of all menu items, cooking skills, which includes quality as well as timeliness.
• Food preparation and proper rotation of stock.
• Sanitation - (empty garbage, cleaning cooking line, etc.)
• Clean-up duties - line area, grill, fryer, floors, cooler and freezers
• You must present yourself in a neat, clean, professional manner.

Pay is competitive to the industry with growth potential based on experience and competency. Tips are split between employees each shift change and is not included as part of the base pay.

Applicant must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Applicant must be able to speak English and be legal to work in the United States.
