If anyone, including a teacher or school administrator, is bullying you or your child at school, the most important first step to take is reporting the abuse to the vice principal, principal, or superintendent. Keep a journal of each time the harassment occurs and describe who was involved, where, and when it happened, and whom it was reported to.

As a general rule, schools cannot bar their students from wearing clothing simply because they disapprove of the message that the clothing conveys. Schools can, however, prohibit you from wearing clothing with “indecent” messaging or other messages that could cause a disruption.

While rules can be put in place very quickly, the creation of laws requires a lengthy process. Starting as bills filed by legislators, these are scrutinized, debated, reworked and re-examined to ensure that they are effective before they are signed into law by the head of state.

For those who have the aptitude for it, the practice of law is often a lucrative one. However, before one can get to a position of affluence and influence, a very long and challenging road has to be traveled in a journey that not many aspirants get to complete.
