When you get home from work, try this on your stairs. You do not need any weights or actual "box". Just use the edge of a flat surface and stretch out those calfs: very important!

Health is one of those things we take for granted until it starts declining. Whatever your health goal or current fitness level there are small things you can do every day to stack the odds on your favor. Move with purpose and mind your posture.
