Friendly reminder of our cancellation policy:

We all have circumstances come up occasionally that make it difficult to keep appointments. With that in mind, we are happy to accept cancellations or postponements 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for the full anticipated amount of a visit if you do not come or call to cancel.

We are mindful that emergencies happen and will be understanding in those instances. Please remember that when we schedule an appointment, we are reserving time for you and only you and it is impossible most times to fill a no show or last minute cancellation.

We know our clients are honest people and will honor our policy, therefore we won't be mailing invoices or reminding you to pay. However, we will not schedule further appointments until the no show or cancellation less than 48 hours is paid.
