We are thrilled to announce that AAM15 Management has acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott at 10054 Gulf Center Drive, Fort Myers, Florida! This extended-stay property boasts spacious suites, modern amenities, and a prime location with convenient access to the top attractions in Fort Myers.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our expanding portfolio and reinforces our presence in the growing Fort Myers market. We remain dedicated to upholding Marriott's high standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience through our unique hospitality management approach.
