Burlingame city should have some regulations for commercial landlord not to gouge rental properties with increasing it more than certain amount like what San Francisco county do.
Their should be a cap for how much they can increase the rent in certain time. Otherwise greedy Land Loard like our new one can do whatever he want that’s not fair and it’s not good for small businesses  like ours ?
Doubling our rent and adding a triple net on the top of it it’s not fair. They are driving small business out all the area. And killing the local services for the Community of Burlingame. He wants to change our retail space to a restaurant do you need more restaurants on Broadway ?

We sadly after 21 years in our current location we lost our lease. And the new
Land lord doubling our rent we can not afford that. So we are in the process of relocating to new space we will keep you updated as soon we sign the new  lease. It will be in burlingame for sure.
