In the WTF were you thinking category... I submit this work of art. Made me sad here cause it's electrical.

It's that time of year where you winterize your hose bibs folks. Shut off valves in the home for the hose bibs outside should be turned off, hoses outside removed, and the outside valves turned on to drain water.
