When your child won't listen and has a "hissy fit", just remember these words," I am not your friend, I am your parent".

Just learned some new guidelines for teens to protect them from harm. The state is requiring teens under 18 to be home inside by 11:00 pm . The federal is a little tighter. The time is 10:00. If a person is over 18 with the teens, it cannot be enrolled student. I do not have the guidelines numbers. For more information check online.
