As Los Angeles navigates the aftermath of recent wildfires, it’s crucial for landlords to stay informed on changing laws that may impact their rental properties.

Key Updates for Landlords:
✔ Rent Increases Capped – A 10% limit on rent increases is in effect until at least March 8, 2025, under California’s anti-price gouging law.
✔ Rent Control Still Applies – State and local rent control laws remain in place and may further restrict increases.
