FYI––The BPPE (Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education) will be discussing Video Symphony at their next meeting on Feb. 20. Here is the agenda that shows it: https://www.bppe.ca.gov/about_us/meetings/agenda_20200219acm.pdf

There is public comment at the meetings, both people there speaking and people who email in comments.
It’s the bureau of private post secondary education, the state entity charged with overseeing for-profit colleges. The meeting is open to the public and anyone can attend or send email comments.

Interested parties should call the Bureau at (916) 431-6959 to confirm the date and specific meeting site of any Advisory Committee meeting or access the Bureau’s website at http://www.bppe.ca.gov. Requests for further information should be directed to Richie Barnard at (916) 431-6930.
