On Saturday, Robert & Billie screened in the Township Hall of Nicodemus, KS, the very building where the eponymous couple met and began their love story seventy years ago! The film was shown as part of this year’s Chautauqua celebration before the premiere of Angela Bates’ extended “Ellis Trail to Nicodemus” documentary, and the program received a standing ovation from the crowd!

Thanks to the Nicodemus Historical Society and Angela Bates, the staff of Nicodemus National Historic Site and the National Park Service, and all those who came out for a great afternoon of history and community!
