Getting ready for competition BBQ. Tried three different rin rub recipes I made from scratch.

Last week we were going friend's home for Thanksgiving agreed to do a pork roast in the smoker to accompany a fried and a roasted turkey other guests and the host were making. Since I planned to have the smoker on all day, I also smoked a turkey to have "leftovers" for the my for the holiday weekend. I have prepared many turkeys over the years. The turkey came out so good, I think it was the best tasting turkey I have ever made. It was hard to wait until friday to serve it up.
