Holly Nowak does not like to call herself "the boss," she views us all as a cohesive team. She mentors us, celebrates our strengths and makes us all feel appreciated and valued in the work that we do, every day. Not until I joined HMN Resources LLC had I seen how truly hard she works, and how passionate she is for what she does. It's contagiously inspiring and motivating.
In her downtime, she seizes the opportunity to enjoy the things in life with her family and in her community - she is the living definition of "work hard, play hard." Happy belated Boss's Day to the one who deserves it the most.

Anyone else feel like a big jerk for missing Boss's Day? (Why is it even on a Sunday?) ...thank goodness the Bills were playing, so maybe she didn't notice.
