His promotion reflects the leadership qualities he has shown every day, including leading by example, building strong relationships, and contributing to the success of the entire team.
Now stepping into a role where he leads many of the colleagues he once worked alongside, Andre is focused on fostering accountability, encouraging open communication, and supporting the continued growth and development of his team.

Meet our Summer Externs!

We're excited to welcome three talented students to our team this summer. Each brings a unique perspective and will be contributing to meaningful projects across our organization.

John, a Chemical Engineering major, will be working in our Laboratory and collaborating closely with our Quality Assurance team. His summer project focuses on helping to develop a final product from concept to completion, gaining hands-on experience throughout the product development process.

Nowshin, an Industrial Engineering major, will be working on the production floor conducting cycle time analyses and participating in a 5S workplace organization project. Her work will help drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across our facility.

Grace, a Psychology major, is joining our Human Resources team. She will be supporting several key initiatives, beginning with the deployment of our employee engagement survey and helping to develop action plans based on employee feedback to strengthen our workplace culture.

We're proud to be a company that can provide opportunities for students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world challenges, and we can't wait to see what they will accomplish this summer!
