Adventure Xcursions

SAY WHAAAAT!! After a very long absence Adventure Xcursions will be having a POP-UP Outdoor Bootcamp Class this Saturday!!!!! No registration needed just try to give me a heads up if you are coming so I can prepare for the class structure.

When: 8/3 at 9am...before the heat and before the chaos!

Where: Como Park Blvd meet at the Casino building parking lot by the tubbing hill. Please try to get there 5-10 minutes before

Details: class cost $5/person. Cash or venmo Cassidy-Gertis.....please bring a friend. This is a more intense class that will involve hiking, trail, running, and metabolic interval and circuit training. Class will be about 50 minutes long so please bring water and a mat if you have one.
