Erie County Sheriff John C. Garcia reported the arrest of Deon Artis, 32, of Tonawanda, after an investigation by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Intelligence Unit. Homeland Security Investigations, Town of Tonawanda police, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the ECSO QRF Team assisted.
