HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🎆

As you can see from our top nine posts— and from the small number of posts this year, overall— our focus is not solely on Pilates. That is because it’s not really our style to photograph classes or one-on-one sessions— but it is our approach to care for our little neighborhood, our incredible community, and the larger world in general.

Here’s to the year ahead!!—

May you find the time, inspiration, and a safe place to move.
May you feel supported and understood.
May your community continue to show up, stand up, and speak out.

Please help us support the food drive for those in our community who are impacted by the loss of their SNAP benefits. This basket will be in the studio all winter.

We will also be collecting warm clothes for the work is doing to help those in need.
