On December 20, 2019, a car crash victim was rear-ended by an SUV while stopped for a school bus on Main Street near its intersection with Kraus Road in Clarence, New York. Morath, Jr., obtained a settlement of $950,000 for the victim’s past and future pain and suffering and economic loss – nearly 38 times what the insurance company offered.
