CEJ Buffalo

The Irish flag, the Polish flag, the Italian flag, the Pride flag, the Haudenosaunee flag, the Juneteenth flag, the Somali flag, and many more are flown each year at Buffalo City Hall alongside our ever-present American flag.

Buffalo has always been a diverse city. Our strength and vibrancy is rooted in many cultures, including the Native American communities of the Haudenosaunee, immigrants who arrived from Europe and elsewhere during Buffalo’s industrial expansion, Black participants in the Great Migration, migrants from Puerto Rico to the mainland, and refugees and immigrants from around the world who continue to grow our city today.

Today and always, our partnership celebrates this diversity as one of Buffalo’s defining strengths. We look forward to even more flags, festivals, and celebrations for our neighbors in this city that belongs to all of us.

There is a parking ramp near by that St. Paul’s can help cover if you can’t afford it. Let’s spread the word and come together as Trump drives us further towards madness.
