We are back with off-season co-Ed (Summer training) open to all athletes 📈

⏰: 5:30PM - 7:30PM
📍: Given upon sign-up
💰: $150 - $200 (8 weeks of training)
* $50 off for Strong Athletes (returning players)

- We are accepting 40 athletes ONLY, spots are filling swift. (10 athletes per time slot). Athletes will be divided based upon athleticism and skill set.

- Training is 2 days weekly (Monday + Wednesday) & weekends Saturday only.

✅ Defense
✅ Emphasizing Transitioning
✅ Movement w/o ball

Strong 12U pulled off an 37-29 game win against 716 United. Intense defense on our “hawk press” & head tap offense lead the guys to 14 point advantage in the first half. Our guards RJ & Brandon set the tone this evening controlling the floor, and keeping their pace as United fought in the second half. Great game ✅
