Darksoft

Dang, our LA show was nuts. We played in front of 300 or so people, the biggest crowd at a Darksoft show to date. Thank you to all who came out to ! What a night!

I’m going to ride that high for a while, and will be chasing it for some time I think. Should we come back to LA soon? 👀

Big thank you to the band who backed me up on stage. We put together a 6-piece sort of last minute for this, with on keys, Will on guitar, John on bass, on percussion, and Jacob on drums.

And a huge thank you to and .j5 for organizing, and and . Everyone killed up there killed it and the energy was electric.

Some months ago, Zach from Famous Friend invited me, and pitched me a co-headlining bill with zero ego and shared space for all groups. That really resonated with me and I really appreciated the opportunity! Felt like we accomplished just that, and then some.

It’s great what you guys are building out there. Keep it up LA and hope to see you soon.

What’s up, Ohio! Excited to announce that Darksoft is coming through Akron this August. Tickets are now on sale for on Friday, 8/14.

And best of all, we’ve curated a mouth-watering bill. It’ll be a night of shoegazey, jangly, chorus-soaked guitars and sweet-as-candy songs from Lovely Weather, Smokey Honey Bluesband, and Jack and the Cadavers.

We played Musica last year and fell in love with the stage, staff, and local bands in the area. Can’t wait to return!
