Dallas County R-I Schools

Proud to see DCR1 represented at the DCI Summit at Lake of the Ozarks! Assistant Superintendent Benjamin Potter, Mallory Principal Nikki Gardner, and High School Principal Brandon Jackson led a workshop focused on aligning leadership around a shared district vision while empowering buildings to implement strategies that best fit their students’ needs.

Using our Academic 5 Year Plan as the foundation, they shared how our elementary and secondary teams work through different pathways, from Assessment Capable Learners to data based decision making, while still driving the same district goals forward.
