Feeling stiff through your back after long hours at your desk or driving? Here’s how to release tension right at home:
Gentle spinal twists – Sit tall, place one hand on your opposite knee, and slowly rotate your torso. Hold 10–15 seconds per side.
Cat-Cow stretches – On your hands and knees, alternate arching and rounding your spine to improve mobility.
Foam rolling – Roll over the mid to upper back for 30 seconds, focusing on tight areas.
Heat therapy – A warm compress or shower can relax muscle fibers.
Motion breaks – Set a timer to stand up, stretch, and reset every hour.
