🎓 Graduation season may be starting to wind down, but we’re already looking ahead to the next generation of leaders.
This month, we celebrated the incredible accomplishments of our Youth Leadership Buffalo Class of 2026; students who spent the year exploring our community, developing leadership skills, building meaningful connections, and using their voices to create positive change.
Now, we’re searching for the Class of 2027!
Youth Leadership Buffalo is open to students entering grades 10–12 from across Western New York who are ready to grow as leaders, explore career pathways, and gain the skills that colleges and employers are looking for in emerging talent.
At Leadership Buffalo, we make Buffalo the classroom, empowering students to learn from local leaders, tackle real-world challenges, and discover how they can make an impact in their communities.
