MENU INCLUDES:
APPETIZERS: Taste of Buffalo soup, selection of 4 different salads.
ENTREES: roasted ribs with cabernet sauce, pearl onion caramelized pork belly. spicy chicken wings with blue cheese, carrots, & celery, and baked haddock with lemon sauce.
SIDES: garlic mashed potatoes and medley of seasonal vegetables. Includes fresh rolls with whipped butter.
DESSERT: a variety of cakes, pies, and mini desserts.
BEVERAGES: assorted teas, coffee, soda, and bottled water.
