The hourly rental rate includes the use of:
* 1500 sq. ft of unique space
* Set props like tropical indoor house plants, modern and contemporary furniture (orange love seat, chairs, stools, side tables)
* Savage seamless paper (86” rolls) – Super White, Fashion Gray, and Black.
* Free business wifi
