Buffalo Sprouts

Last week, our resident visited the urban farm in Buffalo. It was amazing to see sustainable, healthy growth of urban veggies! We are very lucky to have Buffalo Go Green mobile farmers markets at Niagara Street Pediatrics and Broadway Pediatrics each week 💚

Great job to the pediatric residents for sharing some simple recipes and making healthy snacks fun!

FREE! We will:
- learn about fruits, veggies, & seeds
- plant your own sprout to take home
- make caprese salad together from our garden
- take home gardening books (for children & parents)
- dinner is included!
