For expecting mamas on a budget. Many fancy apps out there that charge just to help keep track of your baby’s movements. Here’s an app that I’ve learned about from doula training. Count the Kicks is an amazing app to use without the extra fluff and coin.

It’s simple and easy to use. You would just tap the kick counter to start a session and it counts up to 10 as well as the time. It will keep track of all sessions, strength of the movements and provide a chart to show your baby’s progression on kicks, strength and time. You want to count 10 kicks (any movements outside of hiccups) in 2hrs to make sure your baby is movin’ n groovin’. You won’t have to worry about keeping track until 24 weeks. So download the app and have fun!!!

Ever notice when you’re ready to relax or expand…
life turns the pressure up?

Diamonds 💎 are formed under extreme pressure and heat over time. When it’s done, all we see is the brilliance — not the process.

And yeah, when the volume hits x10, it’s overwhelming. Frustrating. But pressure isn’t random — it’s shaping you.

Here’s what pressure has taught me:

1. Don’t fight it for too long.
Struggling wastes energy. Panic clouds clarity. It’s okay to stress at first — I do too — but spiraling won’t solve anything.

2. You don’t have to soldier on.
Rest is allowed. Clarity comes when you step back — even though the issue still needs to be handled.

3. “F**k it” is surrender, not giving up.
Letting go of control doesn’t mean quitting. It means doing what you can and releasing the rest. Every time I’ve let go, life met me with something better — and I always laugh and say, “You funny, universe.”

Pressure is a process.
It molds you so you can actually hold what you’re asking for.
