IYKYK Week 6: We're starting to get into snacking produce season. 😍

This week's lineup:
-spring peas, cilantro (not pictured), & spinach from
-radishes & romaine from
-shiitake mushrooms from
-strawberries from

This week a lot of these beauties will be for snacking, but we'll be using the mushrooms and spinach for a vegetarian pot pie, and the romaine and radishes as accoutrements for a vegetarian taco ring! Next week there should be flats of strawberries so I'm hoping to put up some strawberry jam.
