Hello! It’s been a minute since I’ve posted. Grad school started back up, so I’m trying to get back into a steady routine.

I wanted to share my new stickers that are currently available on my etsy. This mental health collection is very special to me for a couple reasons. One- I created each one during some of my hardest days as reminders that I personally, need to hear. Two- talking about mental health is something I am very passionate about. Every year people lose their lives over mental health and it can be preventable with easier access to treatment & resources when they need it.

I wish I could help everyone, but it’s not humanly possible, so I’ve created these stickers to help reach as many people as I can. This is just the start of my impact & i cannot wait to continue advocating and being a voice for those that need it. You NEVER know what someone is struggling with. Life is so short, be kind to yourself & others.
