Authorities intercepted packages containing ma*****na that were addressed to Brody Baum — the family dog. When an undercover officer delivered them, the explanation was reportedly that the packages were for Brody. Yes, the dog. The actual dog. �

Police weren’t convinced that a golden retriever had suddenly developed a side hustle, and the investigation led to misdemeanor drug charges. Perez later pleaded no contest and was fined and placed on probation. �

A donkey in Mexico was arrested and spent THREE DAYS behind bars after allegedly biting one man and kicking another. Authorities took the threat seriously, detaining the hoofed hooligan until the owner paid fines and damages.
Imagine explaining to your cellmate that you're serving time because you couldn't keep your donkey under control.
Crime doesn't pay... but apparently it does earn you a stay in county jail if you're a donkey.

This Virginia raccoon did neither.
After breaking into a liquor store on Black Friday and helping itself to the store's alcohol, the furry felon apparently overdid it. When police arrived, they found the suspect fast asleep on the bathroom floor, having traded a life of crime for an impromptu nap.
No high-speed chase. No manhunt. No dramatic standoff.
Just a raccoon sleeping off the world's worst hangover while police stood there wondering how this became part of their shift.
It's not every day that the suspect is still at the crime scene... and snoring.
