Q2 is almost here... 👇 How has the first quarter of 2022 served you? Did you use it well? Or did it use you? Has it set up the momentum for the rest of the year? Make sure that you're measuring this quarter as you go through your reflections so that you can manage your actions, habits, routines, thought processes and emotions better throughout the rest of this year. It's not just about your trading results. It's about your emotions, your psychology, your relationships, finances, physical habits... Every area of life has a way of coming back around into the next.
