My platform is what happens when survivors stop being silent. And you know what’s louder than the noise?
The people sharing their lived experiences & saying “me too.” The people who actually GET IT.

I want to thank every person who comments, shares their story, offers support & reminds others that they aren't alone. 👏

One of the most important parts of healing is finding people who understand your experience without requiring you to over-explain.
People who don't ask you to prove your pain.
People who don't minimize it or respond with platitudes that excuse harmful behavior. They simply get it.

For many of us, that's a completely new experience.
When you've spent years being dismissed, blamed, or told your reality isn't real, being believed can feel almost jarring at first.

That is exactly why these spaces matter.

When someone enters the comments using the same minimizing, shaming, dismissive tactics you grew up with, it doesn't feel like a simple disagreement.
It mirrors the exact behaviors you are trying to heal from.
And that's f exhausting.

Not because survivors can't handle different opinions, but because we've already spent a lifetime defending experiences that should never have required a defense to begin with.
We've all had about enough of the people trying to disrupt the conversation with nonsense.

Today I'm thanking YOU.
The ADHDers. 🧠
The Scapegoats. 🐐
The Cycle-breakers. 🙅‍♀️
The Truth-tellers. 🗣️
The Trauma survivors. 💔
The intelligent people who choose curiosity over assumptions & understanding over judgment. 🫶
