KPop Demon Hunters is the most-watched original Netflix film ever on the platform! I had never even heard of it until I was asked to make these cookies. But given how popular it is, I guess I should watch it, too. Plus, one of the voice actors went to U of I, so gotta support a fellow alumni.

I never make cookies just for my own personal satisfaction, but since my boyhood club made the final of the Champions League, I had to make an exception. Now I just have to decide which of my many Inter jerseys to wear during the match! ⚫️🔵

Speaking of things rising, how about the price of eggs?!

And if you think Cadbury mini-eggs are inflation-proof, think again.

Three things that continue to humble me:

1. Customers that don't know me personally and just happen to find me on IG and place an order.
2. Repeat customers.
3. Customers that drive a fairly long distance to pick up cookies from me.

In this case, it was all 3.

This customer found me on IG as she was searching for vegan cookies, and I was lucky to make cookies for her baby shower last year (and gender reveal ones, too!). And last week she then came back to order some more for her sister who was now pregnant! And the fact that she drove about an hour to come pick them up both times is just amazing.

If you bake it, they will come.

Loved making these baseball cookies for Saayan's 1st birthday. Even though I don't always get to see how the kids react to the stuff I make, I always enjoy interacting with their parents and seeing how much time, effort, and creativity goes into throwing their kids the most amazing parties, and Saayan's parents were no exception. I'm grateful to play a small role in trying to bring their vision to life.
