HOUSING SEARCH UPDATE

​The mission to stay local continues! As many of you know, I’ve been living in the log cabin adjacent to the Dripping Springs Racquet Club. However, that property has been purchased for the new development—it’s officially the site of the future Target.
​Because I am currently without a vehicle, I am urgently searching for a nearby casita, guest house, garage apartment, or mother-in-law suite within a 1 to 3 mile radius of the club (specifically the Polo Club or Key Ranch areas). This allows me to remain within walking distance.

​I am a quiet, professional veteran and a reliable tenant. If you know anyone in these neighborhoods who might have a private spot available, please reach out to them on my behalf or let me know.

Status Update:

​Big moves happening! 🎾🏠
​As many of you know, I have been the Pickleball Instructor over at the Dripping Springs Racquet Club (and loving it!).

​I have a quick "local" question for my Dripping Springs/Austin network:
​I am currently waiting for my new unit at the Ariza 290 West apartments (right across from the club) to finish construction. Since delays have pushed my move-in date to late winter (Feb), I am looking for a spot to bridge the gap.
​I’m looking for a room to rent short-term (Dec–Feb), though I’m open to staying longer for the right fit.

​My ideal setup:

I prioritize convenience! I’m looking for a room in Polo Club or Belterra so I can simply walk a few blocks to my lessons.

​The Perk:
If you (or a friend) have a guest room or casita available, I’d be happy to offer complimentary private pickleball lessons to the host family as a thank you!
