If your digestion feels “off”…
It might not just be what you’re eating. It could be how you’re sleeping.

Ever notice that after a few late nights you’re:
• more bloated
• craving sugar + carbs
• constipated (or the opposite 🙃)
• dealing with reflux or stomach discomfort

That’s not random.

Poor sleep raises cortisol, slows gut motility, disrupts your microbiome, and limits your gut’s ability to repair overnight. Your digestive system needs sleep just as much as your brain does.

Before you cut more foods or buy another supplement, ask yourself:
👉 Am I consistently getting 7–9 hours?
👉 Am I eating heavy meals right before bed?
👉 Am I running on caffeine to get through the day?

Sometimes better digestion starts with an earlier bedtime — not a stricter diet.

Here are 5 winter staples that naturally support your immune system (and taste amazing this time of year):

🍊 Citrus fruits
Loaded with vitamin C to help your immune cells do their job. Oranges, grapefruits, clementines — winter is their season, so enjoy the freshness!

🥔 Sweet potatoes
Their beta-carotene converts to vitamin A, which keeps your skin + mucous membranes strong (aka your body’s first line of defense).

🧄 Garlic
Rich in allicin — a compound shown to support antimicrobial activity. Basically, garlic is nature’s tiny but mighty bodyguard.
