We are making exciting strides at our Homearama house... Bluegrass Charm!

Drywall is complete, painting is underway, and now the fun really begins. We can't wait to continue to show you updates as things progress. Our trim carpenters will be starting very soon, along with all of the fun things like tile and cabinetry... not to mention the backyard set up. Stay tuned!

Here we go again! Let this post serve as a dual announcement.

#1... we're excited to be participating yet again in Homearama! This year, our home will be situated in Kentbury Estates. It's a beautiful ranch that will be full of custom features. Some of our favorites include the wood barrel vaulted ceiling on the front porch, and the beautiful outdoor living space- complete with motorized screened in patio-overlooking a pool. This year, we'll also have a finished basement that sets up for entertaining with a wet bar & golf simulator area. So, mark your calendars for September & stay tuned for more details as the build progresses. Our home this year is called Bluegrass Charm, and boy does it deliver.

#2... Speaking of Kentbury Estates, have you heard about it?! This is a new development with a killer location off Old Henry Road, convenient to the new Ash Ave/Old Henry intersection making it easily accessible for all of our Oldham County friends. It's of course close by to the Gene Snyder & Shelbyville road. Most homes will fall in the $1M+ range. There are lots readily available that we can build on!

Our Homearama home this year is already sold, but we do have a spec home underway as well! It's a 1.5 story home w/ 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an unfinished bsmt. It will also have some really nice features! It's currently in the rough-in stage for mechanicals, but things are moving along nicely! Inquire for details.
