1. Add 3-4 ice cubes
2. Pour in your base, my fave is h**p milk 1-2 cups based on desired shake thickness
3. Add 1/2 banana
4. One scoop or vanilla, plant based protein
5. 1/4 to 1/3 cup of frozen blue berries
6. 1 tablespoon of pre soaked chia seeds
7. 1 tablespoon (or more) of honey
8. 1/3 to 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
9. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla if you want bigger vanilla taste
10. Enjoy!
