Don’t play yourself like that! You deserve better! Schedule it in your phone right now to take 15 or 30 minutes one night/morning to research photographers to find the one for you!

There’s a few things you can try to help focus your efforts:
1. Use helpful search terms. “Photographer near me”ain’t it, sis. If you want family portraits search that + your city (or destination if you’re cool enough to get photos down someplace else!) If you’re a small business or needing anything else, use the same formula!

2. Narrow your findings. If you know you like the more warm and moody edits, use those terms in your search! Whether it be social media or a search engine it’s the same. The more specific you get, the faster you’ll have the results you need.

3. If all that sounds like too much work, just ask me. No really! Even if I’m not the right photographer for you I have referred SO MANY people over the years to photographers in my network in Arizona who do phenomenal work at various budget ranges. I do not mind telling people I’m not their photographer one little bug because I firmly advocate for But if I aaaaaam your photographer then this just saves you SO MUCH TIME!

Tell me I’m not the only one!

I’m mainly a branding and studio photographer these days, but once in a while I get to have a lively time outdoors with folks who just want to make memories. These guys in particular go waaaaay back with my husband as they were neighbors growing up! It was a delight to see how their family has grown and get to be part of their memory preservation squad. Who needs a special occasion to celebrate life? I say just book the dang photographer and go have a time of it!

(Especially if I’m the photographer and we’re in the west valley somewhere, it’s very important to me that you know that.)

I do take your photos seriously though. And I’ll bring the vibes to whatever kind of session we’re doing (though you’ll never catch me at a session with my hair down unless I’m in FRONT of the camera! This Arizona heat and my hair just caaaan’t).
