I have a client coming to town this week, looking for a short term rental- Under $2000/mo. Looking for 30-45 days. West Valley. Does anyone have anything? Casita or home.

Buyer Need- we have a super serious buyer in Verrado or surrounding area looking to buy under $1.2M. Would want 4+ bed, pool, decent lot. Hoping to find something custom, but would consider something in Main St Verrado that wasn’t custom. Prefers single story, but will look at 2 story. Message me if you know of anyone looking to sell!!
